Now that your details have been securely captured, it’s time for me to sneak back into the room to take a few pictures of you getting ready.  Just like the detail shots, these images help to tell the complete story of your day.  We’ll need approximately 45 minutes of shooting time while the girls scurry around spraying perfume and straightening bobby pins.

But can I give you a little tip?  Set aside a few minutes- 15 maybe- for just you and I.  Let the girls go sip their champagne and giggle in the other room.  These few moments make some of my absolute favorite photographs.

Take that deep breath with me and let it all settle in- you are getting married!!  You’ve worked so hard to pull together every last detail, it deserves to be documented.

But these pictures go beyond the scope of simply documenting a wedding day; these pictures are for your future grand-daughter.  These will last much longer than the 97 little hearts you’ll get on Instagram- these are treasures worth printing and remembering.
