Some sessions are more than just portraits—they’re milestones. This one was especially dear to my heart: a 70th birthday session for a close friend, a beloved grandmother, and the heart of her family.

We planned the session as a celebration of her birthday, her strength, and the generations she’s nurtured. Surrounded by her children and grandchildren, she radiated grace and joy. Watching the way her family looked at her—with so much love, admiration, and respect—was deeply moving.

We captured elegant solo portraits that reflected her warmth and wisdom, then brought in her family for a mix of posed and candid shots. There were sweet hugs, spontaneous laughter, and quiet moments that said more than words ever could.
