This session had all the best things: two kindhearted teachers, their sweet pup, and the most stunning fall foliage as our backdrop.

We met on a crisp autumn afternoon when the trees were showing off in full color—rich golds, deep reds, and that perfect soft light that only fall can bring. These two brought such an easy, joyful energy to the shoot, and it was clear how much they adore each other (and their four-legged family member, who stole the show more than once!).

Their pup was the perfect co-star—curious, cuddly, and completely at home among the leaves. We captured playful moments, quiet smiles, and the strong bond between this little family. It was one of those sessions that just felt like a deep breath of fresh air.

As teachers, they spend so much of their time giving to others—so it was especially meaningful to photograph them simply being together, enjoying the season and the life they’re building.
