I have the best job.  I get to shape memories through my creativity.  And I love doing that- for anyone!  But when it’s someone near and dear to my heart the “job” becomes that much more special.  Jo-Jo and I met in 2006 when she joined our Phi Mu family.  I remember long nights of crafting with Kelsey, painstakingly picking out her favorite lime green and navy colors to match all of her fabrics.  I loved her before I really officially met her but I had no idea how much my love for her would deepen over the years of friendship.  Jo has become like a little sister to me.  We’ve adventured in Newport News together, from classily sipping wine to perfecting our karaoke and pool games. We’ve road tripped together, cried together and laughed till we hurt.  And on Saturday, I was SO honored to stand beside her as she vowed her life to the man of her dreams.  (Sidenote: my sweet friend Jess photographed her wedding and I couldn’t have imagined anyone better for the job!  Stay tuned for her blog post coming on Thursday!)

Jo, I love you so much sweet girl.  I can not believe you’re MARRIED and I am literally tearing up as I think about how proud I am of you!!  You made an incredibly beautiful bride; thank you for allowing me to be part of the story with these images!
