One of the most foundational reasons that I do what I do is to capture the precious MOMENTS that will become your MEMORIES.  Memories are shaped by images we love: the ones we frame and come back to time and again.  Maybe it’s just me but the pictures I return to are the ones that remind me how I FELT in the moment.  They’re not the selfies of my perfect hair or the stiffly documented “here we are” pictures.  No, they’re the ones where I remember having the time of my life, laughing, dancing, feeling beautiful or so in love.  Those are the moments I cherish and they’re the ones that I want documented to bring me joy for years to come.

And so a new series is here!  I want to share with you some of my favorite “moments” captured for my clients.  This is the heartbeat of my business and my favorite thing to “give” my couples.

I’m kicking it off with an image that stopped me in my tracks as I took it.  Flave and his Mother during their Mother/Son dance.  Take a look.  I mean REALLY take a look.  There is no amount of posing in the world that could have captured the pride on her face and the adoration on his- it’s a moment.  Literally a split second.  But to me, this is a priceless image.  A sweet memory.
