I travel a lot.  Like, a lot, a lot.  At least once a month I travel for an InterVarsity related event/meeting.  Then there’s the photo shoots and weddings, time with extended family, and in this season HOLIDAYS!  So much gets crammed into our calendar.  My make-up bag sits on my vanity- packed at all times- because it’s just easier to not unpack when I’ll be leaving again soon!

But there’s just nothing like coming home.  Main Street always looks the same, no matter what.  My neighbor always takes in our mail and tells me that “nothing eventful” happened.  My other neighbor asks how long I get to stay home this time (one whole week and weekend!!!).  Everyone asks where Lucy has been and how she’s doing.

We always meet new people on Main street.  It’s just the perfect street for walking and socializing.  Yesterday as I was coming back home from Melissa and Mike’s maternity shoot (it will be on the blog on Friday!), I met a new friend named Omar.  He was holding a his beautiful baby kitten and just going for a walk!  Well, my camera was literally still in my hands from my shoot, so I thought I’d share a little Monday morning “awwwww!”  

Now back to editing for the rest of this Monday!  Get excited for a few fun shoots to be posted Wednesday and Friday!
