A Refresh!!

Friends!!  I am SO excited that this day is here!  A beautiful online home is so important to me and I am so happy to finally have a space in which I am completely confident!  The old look worked- it was what I wanted: warm and inviting.  But from the beginning it just wasn’t something I was in LOVE with.  It wasn’t a “forever brand” like my friends Justin and Mary talk about.  I knew it needed an upgrade, a refresh, so to speak.  And here we are!

You’ll find many of the same elements that I love: beautifully composed script, a Southern feel, and purple accents.  But this space is much more polished; put together.  And that’s important to me because that is the type of service I offer my couples.  My greatest joy as a professional is to serve my clients by providing them with a thoughtful and intentional wedding experience.  No detail is left out from the moment we meet to the sparkler exit and beyond!  I wanted my website to reflect that brand well!  To me this space is welcoming, genuine, and professional.

It is a privilege and an honor to do the work that I do and I am THRILLED to finally have an online home that accurately represents who I am and the service I get to provide.  Many, many thanks to Jessica Shepard who spent all of January bringing life to all of my ideas!!  My logo actually hasn’t changed- it was an alternate that Ashlee Proffitt designed for me with my rebrand.  As I’ve settled into my brand more and more I found myself more drawn to the alternate logo and am so excited to launch it today as my official new look!  I LOVE the slight nod to the monogram.

My favorite page is my gallery page with three of my all time favorite images and my absolute favorite wedding vow: “with all that I am, and all that I have, I honor you.”  It’s what Zach and I vowed to each other; that we would outdo one another in showing honor (Romans 12:9-13).  It’s the language that inspires me and the motivation that drives me to continue in this work of not just taking pretty pictures and capturing moments but in building joyful, healthy marriages.

Will you join me in celebrating this gorgeous new site?!  Screenshot your favorite part of my website on Instagram, tag @LindsayFauver and use the hashtag #LFPWeddings.  For each post between now and Friday you’ll be entered to win a $25 gift card to Banana Republic (one of my favorite brands!).

I am SO grateful for the way this has all come together and I look forward to hearing what you think!!

  12. […] I thought I’d start by sharing a project I recently completed, redesigning Lindsay Fauver Photography’s website.  Lindsay came to me with a brand already in place but a website that didn’t truly encompass herself and her vision.  Over the course of six week, we worked closely together and came up with her new look: elegant, southern, and warm.  Lindsay wrote a wonderful piece announcing her website, so from here, I’ll simply link you to her post.
